Kris’ Baking Mix

Been having some glitchy issues with the main page this recipe is posted on, and have received quite a few emails about it. I am going to post it here just in case you cannot access the other page!

 

1 cup oat fiber
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup golden flax seed meal
3T Almond Flour
3T Hyrolyzed Collagen
1T Glucomannan (glucci)

  1. Hi, I just want to say THANK YOU for this recipe. I was humming and hawing about buying the THM Baking Blend, my budget just could not justify it but I still wanted to try all the recipes in the THM cookbook that called for it. I am so glad I stumbled upon your recipe. I just used it to make the Swiss Bread (page 196 THM cookbook) and it turned out so great, the crumb is perfect. So thankful to have a FP bread option!     1. This baking mix recipe was a result of trial and error using the ingredients listed on the THM baking blend package, and varying the amounts until proper nutritional calculations were obtained that matched the THM version.
